Estradiol / Estriol / Progesterone Cream
Usage
Estradiol / estriol / progesterone cream is a compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) used to support hormonal balance in women, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.
It may be prescribed for:
• Menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms (e.g., hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes)
• Hormone deficiency states
• Vaginal atrophy and urogenital symptoms
• Sleep disturbances and mood symptoms
• Other practitioner-directed uses in individualised HRT programmes
This combination provides both estrogen replacement (estradiol, estriol) and endometrial protection (progesterone).

Dosage
Dosage should be individualised and prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional based on symptoms and clinical response.
Typical dosing considerations include:
• Apply a measured amount once daily, or as directed
• Apply to clean, dry skin (e.g., inner arms, thighs, or other recommended sites)
• Rotate application sites to reduce skin irritation
• Use the lowest effective dose
• Wash hands after application
Regular review and dose adjustment are recommended.

Mechanisms of Action
Estradiol & Estriol (Estrogens)
• Bind to estrogen receptors to restore hormonal balance
• Reduce vasomotor symptoms (e.g., hot flushes)
• Improve vaginal tissue health and lubrication
• Support bone density and cardiovascular function
Progesterone
• Balances estrogen effects and provides protection of the endometrium
• Helps regulate menstrual-like cycles (if applicable)
• May support sleep and mood regulation
Together, these hormones help restore a more physiological hormonal environment.
